The Medical Malpractice Journal was compiled, written and is published by the Victim's Justice Center, Inc.  The purpose of the book is to document the problem of medical malpractice and why consumers are not being protected.

The Victim's Justice Center initially published the book with the intention of distributing it to media, policymakers and survivors to heighten awareness of the problem.  This has become a slow process due to the expense.

The Medical Malpractice Journal contains victim stories, factsheets, recommendations and many "blowoff" letters from those who are entrusted with the responsibility of protecting consumers. Many excerpts from the Journal can be found on this web site and are marked as such.

In exchange for a copy of The Medical Malpractice Journal we ask for a minimum donation of $15.00 + 3.00 postage. Please specify whether you want a bound copy or a reproduction copy.

The reproduction copy is not bound and includes permission to reproduce for the purpose of distribution to victims/survivors, media and policymakers.  The Medical Malpractice Journal must be reproduced unaltered and in full context.
